Bill Pavlacka, known as the "Sandcastle Man" of Coronado, California, has crafted a special sandcastle tribute to the musical Les Misérables, which is currently playing at San Diego's Civic Theatre through Sunday. The sandcastle was created in honor of Pavlacka's 9-year-old grandson, Jack Jewkes, who stars as Gavroche in the production.
