Description
The 950 Club Podcast started off as an anime and manga podcast in 2021 and has since evolved into other things geek and pop culture such as wrestling, Star Wars, video games, comics, etc. The 950 Club was created by two friends, Jack and Edwin and later added mutual friend Jamaal with an assist from friends and frequent guests Martin, Alberto, Kyle, Jesse, Josh and others. These friends first met at a bookstore, evolved their love with manga and anime, and now are doing a podcast! Based in Chicago, the 950 Club is welcome to all, especially for fans of anime, manga, geek culture, and pop culture!

950 Club Podcast Content Update! It's been a while since we've dropped a content update so it's time that we let you all know what's going on over here at the 950 Club. First, as announced during our 2025 spring seasonal review, the 950 Club will be returning to Fan Expo Chicago for the third straight year! Year 3 is going to be a special one because we will be presenting not one, not two, but THREE different panels throughout the weekend. Come by to Fan Expo Chicago August 15-17 and see your boys live on stage. Our New Big 3 of Anime Panel will occur on Friday night (August 15) during Anime After Dark. We will be presenting our Impact of Andor panel on Saturday afternoon. Sunday afternoon, we will present our wrestling panel. Edwin, Jack, and Jamaal will all be there for at least one panel. We will have some returning panelists from previous years joining us (Jesse/to Alberto) and possibly a couple of surprise new friends of the show to help make the panels memorable.
